The 2023 3rd International Conference on Information, Electronics and Computer (ICIEC 2023) is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of information technology, electronics engineering, intelligent system, data processing, database, internet applications, mathematical modeling, computer science, modeling and simulation. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. ICIEC 2023 will be held at Taiyuan, China from October 28 to 29, 2023.

The objective of ICIEC 2023 is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from universities, research institutions and industries all around the world to present findings of ongoing research activities, and hence foster research collaborations between the universities and the industries. The other objective is to introduce young researchers in these scientific fields through keynote lectures and presentations, to offer mentoring through senior scientists, and to foster the building of networks through the informal style of the event.

All accepted papers from ICIEC 2023 will be published by IEEE CS (Computer Society) CPS, and all papers will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing. This covers the entire range of basic and applied aspects of the synthesis and characterization, modelling, processing and application of advanced computing, design and industrial manufacturing.
